This is one of the famous songs that people sing on the occasion
of Jasmashtami, the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna the
eighth avatar of Lord Vishnu. The birth anniversary of Lord
Krishna, the incarnation of Lord Vishnu is celebrated with
great fervour all over India. Keeping in mind the same, the
little ones of classes Nursery to Class II of Rajmata Krishna
Kumari Girls’ Public School celebrated the occasion
on 19th August, 2011.
The little one’s of the school participated in a small
special assembly dressed as the different avatars of Lord
Krishna. They thoroughly enjoyed the performances and dialogue
delivery of the acts. It was a lifetime exposure for the students
where they got to learn about the rituals, culture and festivals
of their country.
