Investiture Ceremony
To put the world right in order, we must first put the nation
in order, to put the nation in order, we put the family in
order, we must cultivate our personal life, and we must set
our hearts right that’s what we as RKKians believe in.
Since time immemorial acts of exceptional bravery, selfless
service to society and academic excellence have been rewarded
by recognition in our society.
This recognition is in the form of an investiture ceremony.
A high ranking officer formally confers this recognition to
the recipients in honour of their achievements.
Air Commodore R.N. Gaekwad, VSM, Air Officer Commanding Air-force
Station, Jodhpur conferred the children in the distinction
that they truly deserved.

Every year the student council is selected after much deliberation
by an experienced, impartial panel of teachers. The reason
why the teachers choose the council and not the students is
because they have an insight into the child’s personality
they have observed each of these candidates since childhood
on the playfield in the class adding to their perspective
into the student personality.
The faculty made its choice based on the following criterion.
At the very helm, number of years is indeed the main factor
for consideration. It takes a minimum of 4-5 years for a student
to imbibe and understand appreciated and assimilate the
ethos and the environs of the school.
The 2nd criterion – the student academic performance
plays a very crucial role in deciding her selection to the
council.
The 3rd criterion is participation in co-curricular and extracurricular
activities including inter house and inter school participation
where winning is immaterial and representation is key.
The 4th yet not the least of criterion is the conduct and
demeanor with the faculty, her peer group and juniors. One
must be friendly, helpful and be able to respect authority.
The student council is of prime importance in any educational
organization of repute and under the able guidance of teachers
they look into the problems of fellow students and help to
maintain the discipline of the school.
