CBSE INTER SCHOOL SWIMMING COMPETITION

CBSE West-Zone Inter School Swimming Competition took place from 25th September to 27th September, 2011, where the students of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School sent a team of 5 students including a teacher escort Ms. Upasana Rathore was sent to participate in the Zonal Competition. The competition was held at Shiv Chatrapati Krida Sankul Mahalunge Balewade, Pune.

The event was organized by Indira National School. The 5 students participated in the competition were Ms. Srishti Vaid (X), Ms. Palak Dhanadia (IX), Ms. Ayushi Vaid (VI), Ms. Vianca Desai (V), Master Nayan Dhanadia (III). The merit certificates were bagged by:

1. Ms. Srishti Vaid (class X)
Event – 800 m Free style with 1st position and a Gold medal
Event – 200 m Free style with 2nd position and a Silver medal
Event – 400 m Free style with 2nd position and a Silver medal
Event – 200 m Back stroke with 3rd position and a Bronze medal
Event – 100 m Back stroke with 3rd position and a Bronze medal

2. Ms. Palak Dhanadia (class IX)
Event – 100 m Back stroke with 3rd position and a Bronze medal

These ace swimmers of RKK made us proud by winning laurels for themselves and their Alma Mater.
