TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATION

“A teacher’s purpose is not to create students in his own image, but to develop students who can create their own image.”

While there are number of ceremonies and occasions to rejoice at your acquaintances, general festivals such as Teachers’ Day give you the opportunity to come out and celebrate with your contacts other than your family members, friends or relatives. It is celebrated on 5th September with great verve and enthusiasm. In some countries, World Teachers’ Day is celebrated by organizing conferences focused on the importance of teachers and learning.

Here, we the staff at RKK had also put together some small ideas and got together on 5th September, 2011 in the morning where it was decided by our most Respected Principal & Vice Principal to take us for a nice enjoyable ride which included a movie show followed by a lavish lunch at Taj Gateway located at Banar road. Our Respected Administrator Brig. Shakti Singh also accompanied us for the lunch. All the staff members were honoured by our Principal by giving a small token of love and our Vice Principal made wonderful remarks of love and companionship on each and every member of the staff. It was a time to enjoy by playing some housie games and it seemed as if there was a bunch of children playing and not the teachers. And how can a party get over without a DJ ? And that was it, as the DJ was played on the entire RKK staff could be seen on the dance floor. No matter what the position or the designation, RKK has always treated everyone as equal and that was it.

May God bless the team of RKK and the co-operation and the team work continues!!!!! RKK Rocks!!!!!
