A Portrayal of Magnificence and Beauty.
‘Action supplemented by effort is the real key to success’ – This saying was very well displayed by the little angles of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School, Jodhpur on 27th October 2010 when the entire atmosphere was electrified by the exuberant and spirited performance of the young students on the nineteenth Junior School Day. RKK school paid a poignant tribute to the mighty creature on the verge of extinction by presenting a scintillating show, ‘Live and let Live’. The tiny tots were successful in portraying this fact and conveying this message to cherish, revere and preserve the endangered species in all its beauty and magnificence, strive to live in harmony with nature locally and globally.
It was an endeavour of R.K.K. School to join hands with the ‘Project Tiger’, the conservation of Tigers.
Save the tigers before they are silenced together was the plea of the students. ‘Mighty Tigers – hear them roar, for they may be no more’ – this appeal rightfully went into the hearts of the people. This momentous and landmark event was graced by the encouraging and abiding presence of Her Highness, Rajmata Sahiba, His Highness Maharaja Gaj Singh Ji, Her Highness Maharani Hemlata Sahiba, Members of Board of Governors, Chief Guest Begum Ayesha Sultana (Sharmila Tagore) Begum Sahiba of Pataudi, an eminent film actress and social activist, dear parents, guest and eminent citizens.
Lighting of the lamp, Speech of the Chief Guests, Prize Distribution, Annual report by the Principal, Mrs. Neera Singh, Speech by H.H. Maharaja Gaj Singh Ji and Vote of thanks by the school Head girl, Anubhuti Garg were the other highlights of the evening.
It has been another feather added to the jewelled cap of Rajmata School. It was a fabulous presentation, soaring to super success.
