The
school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New
Delhi. Students are prepared for the All India Secondary School Examination
(Class X) and the All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination
(Class XII). Special attention is given to academic performance as we
strive to achieve a high level of attainment, commensurate with the
students' ability.
An academic report is sent to parents four times in a session. In addition
to half-yearly and final assessments, two other assessments (of routine
class assignments) are made on a continuous basis. The final assessments
are conducted in March and the new session begins from April. The school
year is divided into two terms with the summer vacation in May-June
and short breaks during Diwali, winter and spring.
English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science and Social Science are subjects
offered till class X. In classes XI and XII students can choose among
the Humanities, Commerce and Science streams. English, Hindi, Economics,
Computer Science and Informatics Practices are common subjects. A detailed
senior secondary application form is available with the public relations
officer.
