The School was established under the aegis of H.H. Maharaja Hanwant Singh ji Charitable Trust in July 1992. The trust was founded by H.H Maharaja Gaj Singhji II of Marwar in 1971 in the memory of his father H.H Maharaja Hanwant Singhji.

The trust works tirelessly towards promoting education, especially girls’, women empowerment, rural development, water conservation, relief to the poor, medical facilities etc. The trust’s area of operation is unlimited but focuses Western Rajasthan.
